TrillED is a school operating system for education institutions, administrators, and authorized users. We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, ensuring information is accurate, and using the Service only under proper authority from your school or organization. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security concerns.
For school operational data, the school generally acts as data controller and TrillED acts as processor/service provider. Schools are responsible for user management, internal access control, and legal notices/consents required by local law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate applicable laws, or infringe rights of others.
Certain mobile features (such as transport/driver tracking) require device permissions, including location access where applicable. If location permission is denied or revoked, related tracking features may not function.
Paid plans are billed on recurring monthly or yearly cycles, based on selected plan terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy, depending on configuration/region). By purchasing, you authorize charges through your selected payment method in line with applicable provider terms.
We may offer free trials, discounts, credits, or promotional terms (including time-limited or first-cohort offers). Promotional terms may include eligibility limits, redemption limits, and validity windows, and may be changed or withdrawn where legally permitted.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written offer, fees are non-refundable. Any refund request may be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
You retain rights to your institution data and content. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display data solely to provide the Service. TrillED and its platform materials remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors).
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, legal/compliance risk, payment non-fulfillment, or threats to Service integrity. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to subscription and contract obligations.
TrillED is institution-managed. End users (including students) may submit account deletion requests via supported channels (including mobile app request flow), and the request is routed to the relevant school administrators for handling under school policy and legal obligations.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrillED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
